Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery to the United States takes about 7–12 business days after your order ships. During holidays and peak seasons, delivery can occasionally take a little longer.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Orders under $50: $8.00 flat rate
- Orders of $50 or more: free shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Tracking your order
Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at pureglowstudio2@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
